Artist material
Not yours to take.
Artist material on this site — including names, likenesses, recordings, lyrics, artwork, photographs, video, bios, press copy, and any other content — may not be used, copied, sampled, scraped, downloaded for reuse, or reproduced in any form without the express written permission of both the artist and Cranked Up Records.
Permission from one is not permission from both. Contact the label. Do not assume a credit line, a link, or “for promotional use” covers you.
Who we are
Cranked Up Records is an independent label based in Carlsbad, New Mexico, in association with The Label Group, with Cranked Up Studios West in Los Angeles. This policy covers crankeduprecords.com and this site.
What we collect
If you use Contact or Submit, we collect the information you type: name, email, and the message or materials you send. We do not sell that list. We do not run a marketing pixel farm on this site. Standard server logs (IP, browser, pages viewed) may exist so the site can run.
How we use it
To answer you. To review music you submit. To book studio time. To handle press, radio, and business. We do not use contact or demo submissions for any other purpose without asking.
Third parties
Streaming, social, and wire links on this site go to those companies (Spotify, Apple, Instagram, MarketersMEDIA, and others). Their rules apply once you leave. CrankCast, LLC and other family companies are separate entities.
Artist Resources
The password-gated Artist Resources tool is for authorized use. Do not share access. Data you enter there is for touring, radio, and label operations — not public content.
