Black Lysted is high-octane, emotionally charged rock that refuses to pull punches. The band is fronted by Rod Black — a vocalist and songwriter who already left a mark on American rock radio — with Brett Hanson on drums and Eamonn Gallagher.
As the former frontman of Jet Black Stare, Black scored a major hit with “Ready to Roll,” which peaked at No. 26 on the Billboard Active Rock chart. The track became the official theme for WWE’s SummerSlam 2008, appeared in EA Sports’ NASCAR 2009, and has amassed tens of millions of streams. Jet Black Stare’s Island/Def Jam debut In This Life put him on stages with 3 Doors Down, Staind, Shinedown, Hinder, and Theory of a Deadman.
