Kaos Bender and the Traveling Trailer Park is a colorful rock project built around Kristy Kaos and Jazz Bender. The sound draws from classic rock, southern rock, country, and blues — with a deliberately unconventional personality.
The two met in Las Vegas in 1986 and hit the West Coast scene in bands including Gypsy Joker, Juicy Miss Lucy, and Noize Boyz. Kaos Bender formed in 2017. Current lineup has included Kristy Kaos (lead vocals, guitar), Jazz Bender (lead guitar, vocals), Channa Bender (vocals, acoustic, keys), Paulie Walnuts (bass), and Joey “Rolex” Hicks (drums).
Major releases include The Manifesto, American Chronicles, and Red, White and Blue. The band is signed with Virgin Music Group through Cranked Up Records.
